FROM MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY WORK TO AGRICULTURE POSITION. HOW HE PURSES HIS DREAM OF WORKING IN JAPAN!
We recently had an interview with Rizqon. He was a Technical intern in Aichi, Japan. He finally gets an offer and accepts the opportunity to become a Agriculture staff in Japan. Tell us about yourself
Hi, My name is Ach Rizqon Machbub. You can call me Rizqon. I am originally from Indonesia. Currently I live in Aichi-ken, Japan. I have been working as a Technical intern trainee for almost 3 years now.
Why are you interested in continuing work in Japan?
The reason I Interested to continuing to work in Japan is because I would like to have a better future for me and my family.
Also, working in Japan helps me to get much more money to save as much as possible to build a business after.Beside that, I like Japanese work ethic, and I would like to deeply understand and learn Japanese culture and heritage. I loved this country just the way people and environment. They look so warm and friendly to me.
What made you interested in working in Agriculture now?
I think this is new chance for me to explore myself after completing Technical Intern trainee program for 3 years in Machine assembly work / 機械組立仕上げ作業 made me feel it's time to move on and find another chance to continuing work in Japan. Thanks to Connect Job WORKERS who approached me and gave me an opportunity to interview with JA-Kouchi.
How did you go through the Tokutei Ginou test and administration process?
After I got an approach from a Connect Job WORKERS recruiter, I continued the interview process and background check, the process pretty fast. Within a 2 weeks process I got a job offer from JA-Kouchi. Because I am not a technical intern from agriculture, I need to take a Tokutei Ginou test by myself. I went through Tokutei Ginou's test process and administrative test process after a week studying the material. I am vigorously full of confidence because I know through this program, I can build a better future. And yeah, I successfully passed the test.
What is your next plan after starting to work with JA-Kouchi and holding the Tokutei Ginou VISA ?
My next plan is to start my new life first in Kochi and work with my best as JA-Kouchi staff. I hope it will bring me joy and for sure new learning experience to help me pursuing my long term planning after.
Do you have any message and wishes for fellow Apprentice/ Trainees who want to take Tokutei Ginou in Japan?
My message to colleagues who want to take Tokutei Ginou in Japan, I would say this program is one of best opportunity, let's be enthusiastic and do it with full effort and excitement to achieve a glorious future together. There is a statement that makes me feel more spirit, ”Your effort never betrays the results”, and if you do it with full responsibility your goals will be closer. Do not forget to pray, always get excited with work, be diligent, then everything can be done. ”なんでも頑張りましょう”
